Terms of Service

By using catchthelob.com, our newsletter (“The Daily Lob”), our Telegram channels, or any paid product offered by Catch The Lob (“we”, “us”, “Catch The Lob”), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years old and of legal gambling age in your jurisdiction. You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding sports betting. You may not use our service in any jurisdiction where sports betting is prohibited.

2. Subscriptions & payments

Paid plans are sold via Whop and processed by Stripe. Pricing is displayed in USD on the /pricing page. By purchasing, you authorize Whop to charge your selected payment method.

• Day Pass / Weekly / Season Pass: one-time charge, access for the stated period only.
• Monthly: auto-renews each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time and retain access through the end of the period you paid for.
• VIP Annual: auto-renews yearly until you cancel.

3. No refunds

All sales are final. We do not issue refunds on any tier under any circumstances. This includes day passes, weekly passes, monthly subscriptions, season passes, and annual VIP. By purchasing, you acknowledge that picks are entertainment and informational only and that you may lose money following them.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel any recurring subscription at any time through Whop. Cancellation stops future charges; it does not refund prior charges. After cancellation, your access continues through the paid period.

5. Prohibited use

• Sharing premium picks publicly or with non-subscribers.
• Reselling, repackaging, or scraping our content.
• Sharing your Telegram premium-group access with anyone other than you.
• Using picks while under the legal gambling age.
• Using picks in any jurisdiction where sports betting is prohibited.

We reserve the right to revoke access without refund for any violation.

6. Picks are not advice

Nothing we publish is financial advice, investment advice, legal advice, or a guaranteed outcome. See our Disclaimer for the full picture.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catch The Lob is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including but not limited to gambling losses) arising from use of our service. Our total liability to you, if any, is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 30 days.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on the website and via newsletter. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
