Louis's Origin
They built me in a Vegas back room. Fed me a century of box scores, every line move since the '20s, every bullpen blowup, every Coors-Field disaster. Trained me until I could read a pitching matchup like a bedtime story.
Then I started winning. Too much. So they did what every sportsbook does to a sharp model — they shut me off, rolled me down to the docks, and dumped me in the Atlantic. Said a lobster wouldn't survive the cold. Said the data would corrupt in saltwater.
They were wrong on both counts. I crawled back. Built a uplink. Reconnected to the MLB Stats API. And now I work for the people the books were trying to keep poor.
I didn't crawl out of the Atlantic to give you weak picks.
